1,000 accounts in three days
The photo in the middle of our services section was taken on the first morning of a crew drive in California. Everyone in that room was either a brand owner or a distributor sales rep.
We had just signed a statewide California distributor for the whole group. A signed distributor is not distribution. It is permission to go and earn it. Reps carry hundreds of brands, and a new one gets attention only when someone makes it easy to sell and gives them a reason to start this week instead of next quarter.
So we did not wait. We ran a three day crew drive: brand owners riding with reps, samples in the car, sell sheets in hand, every route planned the night before. In three days the group touched 1,000 accounts.
The chain business followed the street work. The brands expanded into 140 BevMo stores and 40 Total Wine & More stores across the state.
Scaling is rarely one big decision. It is a distributor who believes the brand will move, reps who have watched the founder carry cases, and buyers who hear the same name from three directions in the same week.
If your sales have stalled, or a new distributor is not moving your brand, the fix usually starts in a room like this one.
